Solution : 
Length of minute hand = r
r=1.05m
r=1.05×100 cm
r=105 cm

Distance covered by minute hand in one complete revolution. 
= 2πr
= 2×(22/7)×105
=2×22×15
=660 cm

Time Taken by minute hand to complete one revolution
t = 60 minutes

Rate of movement of tip of minute hand
= Distance/time
=660/60
= 11 cm/min
